Axle weighing is a feature you can use to capture the weight of individual Truck axles when a Truck Scale is long enough to support the entire Truck including any Trailers.
This feature captures the current scale weight each time the Get Axle Weight button is pressed and subtracts the current Total weight from the scale weight to determine an Axle weight. The new Axle weight is added to the current Total which becomes the new Total weight.
You can also use the feature if you have a scale that is designed specifically for weighing single axles and/or axle groups. In that case each time you click Get Axle weight the scale weight is considered an axle or axle group weight. The scale weigh is added to the current Total.
Optionally, you can include Axle weights on your printed ticket as well.
You can weigh as many axles or axle groups as you like but Dispatch can only store and print a maximum 10 Axle weights and a total.
